Because these materials are digital, instantly accessible, and packed with proprietary intellectual property, all sales are final.

This protects:

the integrity of the work,

the privacy of our community,

and the sustainability of our small but mighty business.

If you’re committing to yourself and your growth, we’re right there with you — fully.

2. No Refunds on Digital Products, Courses, Memberships, or Private Podcasts

Once your purchase is complete and access is granted—whether to a digital file, course portal, membership space, or private podcast—sales are final.

This includes but is not limited to:

3. Signature Programs, VIP Days & Mentorship

Because coaching and strategy containers require personal time, preparation, scheduling, and energetic capacity:

All coaching, consulting, strategy days, and mentorship payments are non-refundable.

This includes:

Paid For Your Presence® 1:1

Breakthrough to Freedom™ Strategy Day

VIP Days

Retreats

Group Travel

Rescheduling

You may reschedule a 1:1 session or strategy day with minimum of 48 hours’ notice.

No-shows or same-day cancellations are forfeited and non-refundable.

Payment Plans

Payment plans are a convenience — not a subscription.

By enrolling in a plan, you agree to complete all payments in full.

Non-payment may result in paused access until the account is brought current.

4. Chargebacks & Payment Disputes

Attempting a chargeback after receiving access to digital content is considered fraud, as the product cannot be “returned.”

If a chargeback is initiated:

all access will be revoked,

your license to use program materials will be terminated, and

the issue will be submitted with documentation to the payment processor.

If there is an issue, email us directly. We genuinely want you supported.

5. Satisfaction Statement (Not a Guarantee)

We can’t guarantee results — no one can.

What we can guarantee is:

high-level support,

premium curriculum,

proven frameworks,

and clear direction if you show up and apply the work.

Your results depend on your decisions, implementation, mindset, and consistency.

6. Travel Bookings—Separate Terms Apply

All travel bookings, upgrades, or perks provided through Erica Duran International Travel Agency follow the vendor’s policy, not ours.

Once booked, we cannot override vendor-imposed cancellation or refund terms.

We will always share the refund, credit, and cancellation terms for your specific booking before payment.
