This week I’m calling in from Fabulous Las Vegas, NV – I’ve been hosting some VIP Day Luxury Intensives here.
I’ve recently re-vamped the VIP Day Intensive.

Usually, on a typical VIP Day Intensive we can cover:

- And then we do a marketing plan for the next 30-90 days that could be reused or tweaked for the next 30-90 days.
If you are beyond this type of work we fully customize the VIP Day, but this is what I find that people come to me for help in the beginning and it is amazing what can get accomplished in one uninterrupted day.
Plus, you have a two-night stay to soak up this high vibrational space that can put you in the right frequency to build your packages so that they attract high-paying clients.
You only need a few clients to sign up when you are working at the higher end and you don’t need to be so crazy busy.
I added the two-night stay partly for my sake selfishly.
It really bugged me when people would show up for their VIP Day flustered late, spilling coffee, in traffic, papers flying. on and on.
Then it also bugged me when at the end of the day my client would have such transformations and all these things that they were motivated to implement right there on the spot again supported by this luxury environment.
And they would rush back to catch a plan, or pick up children, or get dinner on the table.
Now my clients have a full night before to relax and get ready for the intensive and they also have a full night to let everything soak in without heading back to the mayhem and the rush, rush, rush.
Speaking of covering target markets and getting clear on them during your VIP Day…
This week we are talking all things “Target Markets Gone Wild”!
I say this because if you are an entrepreneur connecting and promoting online you can’t avoid this topic of target market avatars.
It is everywhere.
And choosing or recognizing your target market is very crucial in building your business.
But what I see happening is entrepreneurs spending MONTHS or longer in trying to piece together a fictional target market avatar.
Almost like a procrastination tactic or something.
When you ask them how their business is going they say “Oh, I’m working on my avatar”.
The thing is they are never going to know for sure until they get out there and start talking to real people.
That is the step that the skip.
Plus, I feel there are two additional ways to uncovering your target market.
One is to recognize and observe who is naturally coming to you and for what reasons.
Study these people.
The second way is to just claim them – this is kind of the path I took.
Just decided on a target and went after it like my hair was on fire.
I didn’t spend months coming up with a fictional avatar and giving it a name and a family and an occupation.

Here The Demographics, Psychographics, Questions, and Other Identifiers You Should Think About When Profiling Your Past Target Market or Creating A Future Marketing Avatar (But Remember, Do NOT Spend Weeks On This Step):
Why are you in business?
What drives you to do this business?
What impact do you want to make to the marketplace? Who are you serving?
Who is your ONE Ideal Client?
- Income Level
- Buying Habits
- Occupation or Industry
- Marital Status
- Family Status (children?)
- Geographic Location
- Ethnic Group
- Political Affiliations
- Car they have
- Stores they shop at
- Magazines they subscribe to
- Where do they hang out? (Online and offline)
- What websites do they frequent?
- What newsletters or ezines do they subscribe to?
- Do they go out a lot (party types) or tend to stay home?
- Where do they vacation?
- What brands do they like?
What are their biggest fears and frustrations?
What are they struggling with?
What keeps them up at night?
What problems are these fears and frustrations causing in their life?
What are their desires around your business topic?
How would their life be different when they get what they want?
What’s possible for your ideal client?
What’s possible to your ideal client because of the products and/or services you provide?
When someone FIRST hears about what you offer, what’s their very first gut impulse?
How do they see your product or service benefiting them?
What is the ultimate end result for your client or customer?
What’s the problem/desire of your ideal client?
Which of these emotional triggers will cause your ideal client to buy from you?
• Save Time
• Save Money
• Make Money
• Avoid Effort
• Increase Happiness
• Find Success
• Be Pain-free / Better Health
• Have Fun
• Gain Praise
• Feel Safe and Secure
• Feel Liked or Loved / Be Popular
Why are they looking for a solution?
Why aren’t they doing this on their own?
What haven’t they solved yet?
What’s the solution to the problem?
What do you provide as a solution to their problems and/or desires?
What are their objections to hiring you/buying from you?
What outcomes can they expect after receiving your product and/or service?
Why are your products and/or services better/different than any/all alternatives available to your ideal client?
Again, use this exercise to get clear on your target market, but don’t let it hold you up longer from building your freedom based business and designing your luxury lifestyle!
