I don’t know about you, but I think many of us have certain labels we put on ourselves and each other.
And, when we do that it makes it difficult for us to move forward with something we desire or move away from something that isn’t serving you.
I had a recent experience when it came time for me to renew my Certified Professional Organizer designation.
I had worked so hard for the certificate, the logo was on all my branding and marketing pieces and that was an easy title to give myself and explain to others what I did.
But, the title was literally containerizing (or typecasting) me and it just wasn’t fitting into my business in the same way and I decided that it would be both a waste of my time and money to go through the continuing education and renew just so I would have a neat “label” for myself.
Well, our guest today, Rachel Burch, had a much bigger label to peel off.

- 2 scoops chocolate protein powder (we used Juice Plus Complete)
- 1 jar organic nut butter (peanut, almond, cashew)
